Chevy 305 Cylinder Head Flow Numbers. Like the 193 sp heads, they don't flow as well. cylinder head flow data at 28 h2o chevy manufacturer /part number port/vol intake / exhaust valve size intake / exhaust. i also added fast355's data on stock 187 casting sp 305 lo3 heads. i have never flowed the 305 head either, but lets guess it's under 200 cfm, which is pretty safe i think. there you will find numerous 416/081 & 601 head flow tests, stock and ported and for what its worth. beware of overkill with vortec heads on a 305 ci chevrolet engine. this is a set of 601 casting 305 heads i've been dragging around with me forever. not even w/products seems to have numbers on their 1.94 1.5 76cc heads, except at.500 lift. On a 305 ci engine, the bore is too small. we are on the same page here, i have a bunch of flow numbers for ported heads but they are not much good. I'd love to see the two.
